Key Responsibilities

  • •Unload inbound material and ensure safe handling while operating equipment correctly.
  • •Process packing slips by matching them accurately to box labels.
  • •Research unknown material for PO accuracy and deliver items to correct locations.
  • •Match AODs/travelers to the correct box and job, and manage the receiving dock for smooth material flow.
  • •Use shipment tracking systems (LTL, parcel, Transplace) and resolve receiving discrepancies with suppliers, carriers, planners, and buyers.
