Foodhall Venue Manager

Oversee the daily operations of a dining hall/food hall, ensuring smooth service, efficient coordination across teams and floors, and consistently high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. Supervise Assistant Managers and Floor Supervisors, support recruitment and training, and coordinate closely with the Reception Manager to maintain service continuity. In the absence of the Operations Manager, act as the responsible lead for venue operations and compliance.
