Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily dining hall operations, ensuring smooth service and efficient coordination between teams and floors.
  • •Implement operational standards, procedures, and service guidelines consistently across the venue and monitor performance for guest satisfaction.
  • •Supervise and support Assistant Managers and Floor Supervisors, including staff performance monitoring, feedback, and training/onboarding when required.
  • •Coordinate operational activities with the Reception Manager to maintain smooth floor and reception service continuity.
  • •Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are followed; act as Operations Manager when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6–8 years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations.
  • •At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • •Experience in high-volume restaurants, hospitality venues, or food halls is preferred.
  • •Fluent communication in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
  • •Strong leadership, organizational coordination, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
