Job Summary

Join Aon\u2019s Reinsurance team as a Catastrophic (CAT) Modeler in a hybrid role based in Miami. You will build and maintain in-house CAT modeling tools, support inland CAT projects, prepare client-ready reports, and provide real-time loss estimates for catastrophic events in Latin America, using CatMetrica and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide catastrophe modeling support across projects and coordinate with team members to deliver CAT analyses and insights.
•Prepare client-ready presentations and reports to communicate modeling results clearly to brokers, actuaries, rating agencies, and clients.
•Develop and maintain in-house CAT modeling tools and workflows for inland CAT applications.
•Offer real-time loss estimates of actual catastrophic events in Latin America and explain results in written and verbal communications.
•Continue to build proficiency in CatMetrica and SQL while deepening understanding of (re)insurance and risk management terminology.
