•Manage and enhance long-term profitable lead left relationships by partnering with internal One Bank partners.
•Lead client-facing activities including credit support, treasury management, and capital markets, while meeting with customers regularly.
•Use CRM to track client activity, call reports, and pipeline management, reinforcing CRM usage with assigned partners.
•Analyze financial information to determine credit questions, partner on credit requests, and monitor credit exposure and pricing risk over time.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
•Minimum of 10 years of Commercial Banking experience.
•Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
•Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and credit requests, including monitoring customer financial performance and industry trends.
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with prospecting and CRM sales tools preferred.
