Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate CNC machines and related equipment according to safety guidelines, operating procedures, and standard work.
  • •Maintain equipment through 5S and preventive maintenance, including end-of-shift cleaning and keeping the work area organized.
  • •Load, position, and secure materials or parts using fixtures, chucks, or other work-holding devices per process requirements.
  • •Review work order documentation and make tooling offsets as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy.
  • •Interpret work instructions/part prints/tool sheets/CMM reports, perform quality checks, and report machine malfunctions or non-conforming parts to the Jobsetter and Shift Supervisor.
