Key Responsibilities

  • •Detail vehicles, including washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing (for Detailer roles).
  • •Move vehicles between departments within Inspection Centers (for Lot Attendant roles).
  • •Take vehicle photos in the photobooth so customers can view cars in Carvana spinners (for Photobooth roles).
  • •Inspect vehicle interiors and exteriors and accurately identify imperfections/defects (for Inspection Associate roles).
  • •Follow safety procedures and be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds independently.

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment while sometimes exposed to excessive weather (heat/cold).
  • •Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
