Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design and delivery of complex full-stack features from data model and API contract design through React PWA implementation and production deployment.
  • •Architect and build scalable Node.js backend services and RESTful APIs using Express.js or NestJS, defining patterns for authentication, error handling, versioning, and performance.
  • •Lead PWA architecture decisions including service worker strategy, offline-first caching (Cache API, Workbox), push notification infrastructure, and app installability.
  • •Design MongoDB data models and aggregation strategies, enforcing NoSQL modeling best practices and guiding team data architecture decisions.
  • •Drive code quality across the team by leading code reviews, resolving technical debt, mentoring developers, and conducting root-cause analysis for production incidents.

  • •8+ years of full-stack web development experience with demonstrated depth in Node.js backend and React frontend delivery.
  • •Expert-level proficiency building and operating production Node.js services with Express.js or NestJS, including RESTful API design, authentication (JWT/OAuth2), and performance tuning.
  • •Deep expertise in React development, including component architecture, hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), code splitting, and performance optimization.
