Job Summary

Lead the APAC DT network presence for Australian operations by building and maintaining a stable digital technology environment. You’ll oversee local infrastructure (network, servers, storage), application and backup administration, vendor/contract relationships, and DT issue resolution. Partner with the enterprise DT organization on scalable application and infrastructure solutions aligned to regional roadmaps, while ensuring compliance with DT policies and SOX requirements and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation, technical support, and administration of local infrastructure including installing, testing, maintaining, patching, and upgrading servers, databases, applications, and backup solutions.
•Manage vendors, contracts, and internal customer relationships to meet service level requirements.
•Scope and implement application and infrastructure solutions that are supportable and aligned with RTX/Collins Digital strategic roadmaps.
•Ensure DT infrastructure and applications controls follow DT policies and SOX requirements, including producing and reviewing compliance reports.
•Own and manage DT issues to completion, drive continuous improvement, and manage DT budgets and costs while collaborating on local DT projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, ICT, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
•10 years of IT-related work experience with at least three years in a lead role.
•3+ years supporting DELL and VMWARE-based servers and local area network infrastructure.
•Experience managing and maintaining cloud services and platform.
•Experience administering databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
