Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation, technical support, and administration of local infrastructure including installing, testing, maintaining, patching, and upgrading servers, databases, applications, and backup solutions.
  • •Manage vendors, contracts, and internal customer relationships to meet service level requirements.
  • •Scope and implement application and infrastructure solutions that are supportable and aligned with RTX/Collins Digital strategic roadmaps.
  • •Ensure DT infrastructure and applications controls follow DT policies and SOX requirements, including producing and reviewing compliance reports.
  • •Own and manage DT issues to completion, drive continuous improvement, and manage DT budgets and costs while collaborating on local DT projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, ICT, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •10 years of IT-related work experience with at least three years in a lead role.
  • •3+ years supporting DELL and VMWARE-based servers and local area network infrastructure.
  • •Experience managing and maintaining cloud services and platform.
  • •Experience administering databases such as MS SQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
