Key Responsibilities

•Drive delivery by enabling discovery focused on the customer, running experiments, and evolving product strategy based on feedback loops.
•Own agile practices across the team/product group/journey, including planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and key metrics for success in partnership with Product Management.
•Champion and coach agile ways of working and mindset, supporting product management routines and building expertise through coaching and training.
•Implement and lead agile tactics for product roadmaps, OKRs, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and collaboration using agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat, Mural, KYT metrics).
•Manage agile portfolio tasks and support governance, audit, and evidence for delivering product work aligned to strategic roadmaps and business objectives.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and twelve or more years of experience.
•Own agile practices for a team/product group/journey, including planning, dependency maps, OKRs, and key success metrics.
•Champion and coach agile ways of working and mindset, supporting prioritization and product management routines (e.g., QPP, scaling the Shield Way of Working Toolkit).
•Implement and lead agile tactics using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat, and Mural for roadmaps, OKRs, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
•Demonstrate deep customer understanding through discovery work (e.g., personas, story maps, product chartering/mapping) and facilitate cross-functional human-centered design sessions.
