Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, setting goals, running performance reviews, and supporting career development.
  • •Manage hiring, onboarding, and resource allocation across projects while fostering a collaborative culture of experimentation and continuous learning.
  • •Oversee end-to-end development of models and tools for cost forecasting, cost-leakage/anomaly detection, and scenario/what-if analysis.

  • •Demonstrated delivery of data science solutions that drove measurable cost savings or cost impact.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with modern ML/statistical methods.
  • •Experience deploying models into production and working with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure), plus hands-on familiarity with Generative AI/LLMs and AI agents.
