Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and screen visitors and callers, providing requested information.
  • •Enforce company security and life safety policies through patrols and immediate response to alarms and radio calls.
  • •Respond to emergencies (workplace violence, medical emergencies, fires, crimes in progress, elevator incidents) and assist with emergency procedures and coordination.
  • •Maintain facilities access control using the card key system, including securing facilities and operating access/creation/reporting as needed.
  • •Monitor electronic protection systems (alarms, CCTV, access control, fire/elevator/intercom) and manage databases, troubleshooting hardware/software and preparing activity reports.
