Job Summary

Partner with senior leaders to drive strategic talent initiatives and a high-performance culture at a manufacturing site. •Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders to drive talent and organizational initiatives.
•Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems, with strong analytical and consulting skills.
