Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project scope and requirements during the requirements gathering phase, translating business needs for delivery.
  • •Collaborate with business and IT teams through design, development, and testing to ensure requirements are correctly understood.
  • •Facilitate requirement gathering with business users and support planning and execution of user acceptance testing.
  • •Support testing through pre-acceptance, system testing, and system integration testing, including test execution review and acceptance.
  • •Assist with operation readiness activities such as data migration, user testing, roll-out, and post-release monitoring/support.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering end-to-end software development lifecycle work, including gathering requirements, process modelling, and data analysis.
  • •Ability to work with business users to ensure requirements align with scope and support solution review and acceptance.
  • •Support technology teams through build and unit test activities so requirements are understood and implemented.
  • •Experience eliciting input and supporting the planning/execution of user acceptance testing, plus pre-acceptance, system testing, and system integration testing.
  • •Knowledge of SAFe/Agile delivery and business analysis experience (3+ years encouraged; 8+ years trade settlement expertise highlighted).
