Key Responsibilities

  • •Support financial governance for GTx, including performance reviews, budgeting, financial controls, and regulatory/internal audit matters across UAE and international locations.
  • •Review daily P&L and BS, investigate variances, and flag/materially remediate issues with relevant operations and IT teams.
  • •Assist in account management and conformance testing for GTx accounts, maintaining SOPs and coordinating with relevant finance functions.
  • •Develop exception and performance reporting, including analytics around ECL and RWA, and monitor integrity of financial and management reporting.
  • •Support GTx project and BRD reviews, including capex reporting, value reporting of projects, and monthly cost monitoring with focus on TCO.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional qualifications preferred, e.g., a business bachelor’s degree.
  • •Experience in financial analysis and performance analysis.
  • •Strong presentation skills and proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
  • •Good technical knowledge of banking and financial markets, including interpreting key bank ratios and economic indicators.
  • •Self-starter capable of coordinating finance requirements and stakeholder support.
