Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate hiring forecasts and capacity plans into real estate recommendations by partnering with Finance, People, Workplace, and Data Center Operations.
  • •Own lease portfolio administration, including maintaining a master lease abstract database and tracking key dates, terms, options, renewals, and obligations.
  • •Lead lease review/abstracting for new and existing office, manufacturing, and data center/cloud colocation agreements and standardize key business/financial/legal terms for reporting.
  • •Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, including new leases, renewals, subleases, expansions, contractions, and terminations with brokers and legal counsel.
  • •Build cash flow models and executive reporting (business cases, occupancy cost analyses, rent schedules, lease comparisons, escalations, CAM reconciliations) and manage compliance, risk, and audits across the portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, lease administration, or commercial real estate transaction management, including data center or cloud colocation leasing.
  • •Experience managing multiple concurrent lease transactions across multiple geographies and asset types (office and data center/colocation).
  • •Strong financial acumen, including building business cases, cash flow projections, occupancy cost analyses, and executive recommendations.
