Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, develop, and execute functional and performance verification/validation strategies including verification planning, testbench architecture, verification collaterals, debug methodologies, and coverage closure across IP, subsystem, and SoC programs.
  • •Lead the evolution and advancement of simulation-based verification methods (constrained-random, directed, coverage-driven) and enhance formal, power, performance, and implementation verification capabilities.
  • •Drive the evolution of firmware-based validation strategies across prototyping and emulation platforms to accelerate verification convergence and silicon readiness.
  • •Influence verification methodology evolution through collaboration with AECG executives, senior leaders, and architecture/design/verification leaders to address current and future silicon needs.
  • •Establish strategic engagements with EDA vendors, mentor verification engineers, and contribute to technical thought leadership via publications and conference presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 234,780 - 402,480 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Expertise in programming/scripting (C/C++, Python, Perl, Ruby) and strong HDL/Verilog proficiency with UVM-based verification methodologies.
  • •Deep experience architecting, developing, and deploying functional verification and validation methodologies, frameworks, and environments for complex semiconductor designs.
  • •Hands-on experience with pre-silicon prototyping and emulation platforms for functional and performance verification.
  • •Proven technical leadership to identify innovation opportunities, define new methodologies, and drive initiatives from concept to deployment.
  • •Expert understanding of functional/performance verification tools and solutions from leading EDA vendors (Synopsys, Cadence Design, Siemens).
