Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrity and throughput of the revenue cycle, including claim accuracy, reconciliation, denial management, and days-to-bill.
  • •Stand up and maintain billing operations and operational finance processes to ensure partners and vendors are paid accurately and on time.
  • •Own core operational systems day to day, including configuration, discipline, and the roadmap for what to build, adopt, or retire.
  • •Design data flows and handoff workflows connecting enrollment, care navigation, and billing.
  • •Build capacity planning models and compliance-forward SOPs/controls, partnering cross-functionally to keep the operating system scalable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4 to 8+ years of total experience, preferably with consulting plus operations or finance-operations experience in healthcare or vertical SaaS.
  • •Proven ability to build or meaningfully scale operational infrastructure—systems, processes, and models—rather than only operating within existing ones.
  • •Strong analytical ability to reason from numbers, build models others can use, and turn ambiguity into structured frameworks.
  • •Hands-on fluency with capacity modeling, reconciliations, and operational dashboards for an ops function.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication to make complex systems legible to cross-functional teams.
