Job Summary

Own and optimize the full lifecycle of HPHT manufacturing processes and supporting operations, driving improvements in yield, throughput, stability, capability, and cost efficiency. Define and govern process standards (SOPs, controls, limits, control plans) and lead structured problem-solving using DMAIC, RCA, 8D, FMEA, and SPC. Serve as a site-wide subject matter expert, coach technical teams, and lead industrialisation, commissioning, scale-up, and process transfer while embedding Lean and Six Sigma practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and optimise the end-to-end lifecycle across HPHT manufacturing processes and supporting operations.

•Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capability using systematic decision-making.
•Experience with digital manufacturing, automation, data analytics, and process control systems/monitoring strategies.
•Master’s degree or PhD in Materials Science, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
