Sales & Service Lead - Town Center Plaza

Lead the daily guest experience on the sales floor by coaching teams on guest connection and technical product education, while building client relationships and driving engagement targets. Use reports and performance metrics to strategize and implement action plans for improvement. Partner with operations and visual teams to manage budgets, expenses, inventory control, vendors, technology, and facilities. Lead and develop Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, ensuring strong execution across coverage and initiatives.
