•Build, lead, and develop multidisciplinary teams across Data & AI Products and Data Serving, with hands-on involvement in systems, standards, and capability.
•Own delivery for AI customer features and the underlying API and data serving layer.
•Partner with product teams to define the AI feature roadmap and advocate for customers across the business.
•Drive quality and trust standards using evaluation methodologies, production monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
•Ensure serving-layer reliability and latency meet production AI feature, product-team, and external customer requirements while managing resourcing and hiring.
