Job Summary

Own technical design and end-to-end architecture for Salesforce-based solutions that transform Revenue operations. Build and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems using Workato, and drive multi-quarter initiatives across scoping, risk, and delivery tradeoffs. Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce capabilities (Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI), mentor Salesforce engineers, and help optimize Salesforce, Ironclad, CPQ, and contract lifecycle processes for scalable, compliant merchant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations with security, performance, and maintainability in mind.
•Serve as a technical thought leader by evaluating Salesforce capabilities (Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI) and recommending adoption paths.
•Design, build, and govern integrations between Salesforce and adjacent systems using Workato; own architecture, scoping, and risk assessment.
•Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Legal, Operations) to gather requirements and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
•Mentor Salesforce engineers by providing architecture guidance, reviewing designs, and sharing knowledge through pairing and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
•Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com with 5+ years in complex enterprise orgs.
•4+ years developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.
•2+ years building and maintaining integrations with Workato (or comparable iPaaS), including recipe design, error handling, and documentation.
•Proficiency with Salesforce DevOps tooling, including Gearset (or comparable CI/CD) and Salesforce DX/Git-based source control workflows.
