Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain a pipeline of stories and creative assets that communicate the impact of local programs and support fundraising, advocacy, and community engagement.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison with the U.S. Advancement Department for content development and storytelling, providing timely stories, photos, videos, and program updates.
  • •Create, schedule, and publish content for newsletters, blogs, website updates, donor communications, annual reports, and other communications.
  • •Manage office social media presence across Facebook and Instagram, monitoring engagement and interacting with audiences.
  • •Capture and organize high-quality multimedia assets (photos, video, and other content) and maintain a content calendar aligned to organizational priorities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 24 hourly

  • •Ability to affirm and/or acknowledge World Relief’s Core Beliefs, Statement of Faith, Christian Identity, and related faith documents; Christian faith is a prerequisite for employment.
  • •Identify, gather, and develop ethical, dignity-centered stories and conduct interviews with program participants, staff, volunteers, church partners, and community stakeholders.
  • •Write and edit content for blogs, newsletters, donor communications, website updates, annual reports, and other print and digital communications.
  • •Maintain consent documentation and protect participant privacy while ensuring content accuracy and compliance with ethical storytelling standards.
  • •Create and manage social media content and multimedia assets, including intermediate photo/video editing using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
