Key Responsibilities

  • •Own enterprise deployments end-to-end by partnering with customers, leading implementations, and translating requirements into production systems.
  • •Build integrations and AI-native workflows integrating document management systems, identity systems, and internal APIs.
  • •Tune and extend the product for customers by adjusting model inference and augmenting context to meet deployment needs.
  • •Drive adoption with end users by iterating on feedback and ensuring solutions are reliable, performant, and actively used.
  • •Feed insights back into the platform by identifying repeatable patterns across deployments and influencing the roadmap.

Key Requirements
