Key Responsibilities

•Own enterprise deployments end-to-end by partnering with customers, leading implementations, and translating requirements into production systems.
•Build integrations and AI-native workflows integrating document management systems, identity systems, and internal APIs.
•Tune and extend the product for customers by adjusting model inference and augmenting context to meet deployment needs.
•Drive adoption with end users by iterating on feedback and ensuring solutions are reliable, performant, and actively used.
•Feed insights back into the platform by identifying repeatable patterns across deployments and influencing the roadmap.
