Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver world-class customer service in an inbound, high-volume travel call environment
  • •Delight premium card members by creating new bookings and servicing existing travel arrangements
  • •Consult with customers to understand needs and provide innovative, extraordinary interactions
  • •Research, plan, and execute personalized travel experiences, including booking flights, cars, and hotels
  • •Communicate new and existing product offerings and value propositions relevant to card members

Key Requirements

  • •High-end customer service or sales experience in tourism, travel, or cruise and tours
  • •Ability to provide premium customer service in a call center or fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • •Basic geography knowledge to locate continents, countries, and key travel destinations worldwide
  • •Strong communication skills with active listening and the ability to adapt conversation to the Card Member’s communication style
  • •Computer literate; able to navigate PC and basic MS Office easily; able to work nights and weekends
