Senior Wire Design and Install Engineer

Design, qualify, and lead technical efforts for spaceflight wire harnesses, ensuring compliance with mission life requirements from nominal to extreme environments. Interpret complex engineering documentation such as wire schematics and installation drawings, and troubleshoot manufacturing, testing, and performance challenges. Own technical documentation and stakeholder presentations, support growth into RF cabling and high-speed media, and mentor junior engineers while following security, configuration management, and change control processes.
