Shape the future of the Peacock viewing experience by planning and executing UX research across devices and consumer needs. Partner with Product, Design, Analytics, and Product Marketing to define research questions, run qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Support the user research roadmap, communicate results effectively, and use innovative, AI-enabled tools to streamline repeatable workflows in a fast-paced environment.

•Conduct, analyze, and synthesize research on consumer product and device experiences.
•Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, and other UX Researchers to define research questions and identify insight opportunities.
•Support the UX research roadmap and align stakeholder and product needs to organizational KPIs and goals.
•Communicate and socialize research findings, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
•Use innovative research methodologies and AI-enabled tools to create efficient, repeatable workflows; manage vendors as needed.

Key Requirements

•5+ years conducting UX research, executing product research projects from study design through fielding, synthesis, and reporting.

•Understanding of when/how to apply different research methods across the product development lifecycle.
•Familiarity with statistics and experience using survey tools such as Qualtrics.
•Clear written and verbal communication with strong data storytelling and presentation skills.
