Key Responsibilities

  • •Map the landscape of potential partners, decide where Mednet should invest, and build relationships and programs that follow.
  • •Design programs that serve both sides by identifying what partners want and introducing their members to Mednet.
  • •Run the conference strategy end to end, including where to show up, what to do there, and how conversations continue afterward.
  • •Build Mednet’s presence in medical training by working with residency and fellowship programs, program directors, and shaping the next generation’s practice.
  • •Recruit and support physician advocates (contributors, fellows, and KOLs), set program expectations, track outputs, and shift investment based on results.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in partnership marketing, field marketing, medical affairs, HCP engagement, or program marketing, ideally building programs from scratch in an early-stage setting.
  • •Strong understanding of the medical landscape, including how societies and training programs operate and what motivates academic physicians.
  • •Demonstrated experience building institutional relationships that turn into real programs with measurable results.
  • •Ability to design programs around what partners want and communicate candidly about program output.
  • •Comfort communicating with a sophisticated, skeptical audience in writing and in person.
