Job Summary

Lead on-site maintenance operations with the Collins team in Abu Dhabi Airports Free Zone, ensuring maintenance is completed within customer turnaround times and meeting quality, cost, and regulatory requirements. Own maintenance planning across staffing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, stores, logistics, and customer accounts. Drive continuous improvement, monitor KPI performance, manage budgets and forecasts, and lead a team to improve engagement, ethics, and safety outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure maintenance is processed within customer agreed/contract turnaround times while maintaining quality standards and cost targets.
•Manage maintenance planning including staffing, engineering, supply chain, procurement, stores and logistics, and customer accounts.
•Drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs; lead and drive CI and CORE culture.
•Manage budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and monitor KPIs; execute short- and long-term business plans.
•Lead the team to increase employee engagement and reduce attrition while coaching performance and ensuring compliance with ethics, regulatory, quality, and EHS requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
•8–10 years of maintenance experience in a commercial or military aviation or MRO facility.
•Proven experience achieving targets in a dynamic manufacturing or production environment.
•Strong lean enterprise or Six Sigma experience (preferred) and knowledge of production/operations/materials planning.
•Strong teamwork, leadership, analytical/problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
