Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver in-room dining food and beverage orders promptly, accurately, and in accordance with established luxury service standards
  • •Ensure all trays and trolleys are set up with attention to presentation, cleanliness, and order accuracy prior to delivery
  • •Present meals to guests in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner, creating a refined in-room dining experience
  • •Verify guest details, room number, and order specifics before service to ensure accuracy and guest satisfaction
  • •Communicate effectively with the kitchen and In-Room Dining team regarding order status, special requests, dietary requirements, and delivery timelines
