Job Summary

Provide superior night audit and front-desk guest service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hotel environment. You will handle cash and payment collection, record and report property receipts, complete end-of-day/night audit duties (including cashier audit reviews and credit card balancing), maintain computer system integrity and backups, and prepare daily reports while assisting other departments as needed.

•Provide exceptional guest service using service brand behavior to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
•Ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of property receipts and follow cash handling procedures.
•Collect payments at check-out, provide change as needed, and balance credit card postings to the computer system.
•Perform end-of-day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits and auditing master bills.
•Prepare computer systems for the next day, maintain daily backups, and prepare/balance/post/distribute daily reports.

Key Requirements

•Minimum one-year hotel front desk experience or experience in a customer service environment.
•Experience with the Opera system preferred.
•Proficient math skills, including accurate calculations using a 10-key calculator.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Available to work overnight and a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.
