Job Summary

Serve as the dedicated FP&A finance partner for Spotify’s Distribution Partnerships team. Build business cases, subscriber models, and end-to-end P&L analyses that connect user acquisition and retention outcomes to partner economics. Lead investment-modeling and scenario analysis, develop partnership evaluation frameworks and KPI reporting, and support annual planning and quarterly forecasting. Partner across Distribution Partnerships, Accounting, Business Affairs, Legal, and Strategy to deliver data-driven recommendations and improve financial tooling.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead business case development for Distribution Partnerships by building investment models that combine subscriber forecasts, partnership economics, and full P&L impact.
•Develop financial frameworks to evaluate new and existing partnerships using metrics such as lifetime value, payback periods, and ROI.
•Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform partnership strategy and investment decisions.
•Partner cross-functionally to translate financial insights into clear recommendations for business and senior leaders.
•Build and continuously improve reporting for the partnership portfolio, including KPIs, forecasting, variance analysis, and support planning cycles.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategy & Analytics, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or a similar analytical role.
•Build sophisticated financial models and perform scenario analysis in changing, fast-prioritizing environments.
•Translate commercial agreements into meaningful financial outcomes and partner with Legal, Business Affairs, and deal teams.
•Work comfortably with large datasets; SQL experience is preferred and interest in applying AI tools to improve analysis.
•Strong attention to detail and sound judgment to know when analysis will change decisions; communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
