Key Responsibilities

  • •Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to MFMs, OB/GYNs, and genetic counselors.
  • •Conduct effective prospecting and cultivate and maintain key relationships with medical professionals.
  • •Create and implement strategic business plans to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
  • •Support currently marketed products and new product launches with clinical expertise, education, and hands-on training.
  • •Complete and maintain HIPAA/PHI privacy and required compliance/security training within required timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline.
  • •Minimum of three years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, ideally within genetics.
  • •Strong background in medical or biological sciences, with experience in clinical diagnostics a plus.
  • •Deep understanding of the OB/GYN and MFM markets with proven success selling into these specialties.
  • •Demonstrated success launching new products and driving rapid revenue growth in new markets.
