•Develop and test healthcare estate strategies and operating models using robust data analysis.
•Engage with clients at all levels, manage relationships, and communicate findings effectively.
•Demonstrate data handling and analytical capabilities to support proposed solutions.
•Travel as required and adapt to different sectors or environments.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (essential)
•Project Management qualification (e.g., Prince2 or MSP)
•Business Case writing skills or equivalent experience
•Experience working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
•Project management planning and organisational skills with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
