  • •Lead internal/external in-person and virtual event production elements including strategic/creative design, registration management, AV, F&B, accommodations, and transportation
  • •Source and manage hotels, venues, vendors, agencies, tech, and platforms; oversee build-out and load in/out operations, staffing, and budget management
  • •Develop event strategy and objectives for program/content design, ensuring attendee take-home value and strong post-event evaluation scores
  • •Serve as a key decision maker or partner with stakeholders to review and achieve program success
  • •Manage event budgets with finance, forecasting spend and delivering events under budget while juggling multiple programs and deadlines

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent/training experience
  • •5+ years of experience in corporate meetings, conferences, and/or strategic event planning
  • •2+ years of leadership experience managing direct/indirect reports or cross-functional stakeholders
  • •Demonstrated experience using Cvent for event registration, website development, attendee management, reporting, and logistics
  • •Ability to travel up to 30% and work extended hours as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
