Key Responsibilities

•Translate executive presence and deal-making mastery into large deal growth within the Enterprise Government segment.
•Own the programmatic approach to growing large deals, proliferating best practices, and enabling the field team.
•Articulate the strategic impact and business value of Red Hat’s digital transformation message with C-suite and technical stakeholders.
•Identify, simplify, solve, and validate solutions to problems limiting field execution.
•Set mid-term and long-term strategic direction for the segment and key accounts, maintaining operational and financial KPIs and serving as escalation point for approvals, pricing, and resource allocation.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience selling software or service infrastructure solutions through partners, with Government industry expertise.
•Record of building and leading high-performing, geographically distributed, multifaceted teams that outperform targets.
•Experience coaching and mentoring individuals to successful outcomes.
•Ability to analyze data and provide real-time feedback on quarterly and YTD performance and annual attainment projections.
•Strong analysis skills to translate insights into tactical and strategic activities that drive successful outcomes.
