•Provide day-to-day management, including decisions on candidate selection, employee compensation, promotion, discipline, and termination.
•Recommend appropriate products and services by identifying financial resources for customers and helping individuals and businesses reach financial goals through partner collaboration.
•Ensure compliance with banking laws and regulations, including ongoing compliance training, documentation/reporting standards, and required registrations (NMLS, S.A.F.E. Act, Regulation Z).

•Demonstrated success in a retail sales environment with strong leadership and relationship management skills.
