Job Summary

Lead the ServiceNow Value Engineering Centre of Excellence by defining, governing, and scaling reusable methodologies, solution blueprints, industry accelerators, demo solutions, delivery standards, and QA frameworks. You’ll set a global value-engineering strategy, industrialize repeatable solution delivery, and align assets with portfolio direction. Partner with CTO/Portfolio, Sales Enablement, Delivery, and industry teams to improve win rates, delivery consistency, and measurable client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the global Value Engineering strategy for the ServiceNow business and shape how solutions are conceptualised, packaged, and delivered across industries and regions.
•Create and maintain solution blueprints and predefined industry solutions, including process models, configuration templates, reference architectures, and value cases.
•Define the global implementation method for ServiceNow transformations and establish delivery assurance standards, QA checkpoints, and quality frameworks.
•Develop end-to-end demo solutions and guided demo flows for sales, marketing, and industry teams, and ensure governance of reusable assets and accelerators.
•Partner with CTO/Portfolio, Sales/Pre-sales, and Delivery/Practice Leads to embed assets into bids, RFP responses, and client proposals, driving continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Proven leadership experience in Value Engineering, Delivery Excellence, Solution Architecture, or similar roles within the ServiceNow or enterprise transformation domain.
•Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, implementation lifecycle, and industry use cases.
•Strong background in solution design, delivery methods, and asset industrialisation.
•Demonstrated success creating playbooks, accelerators, templates, and industry solutions.
•Experience partnering with C-level stakeholders to articulate value, outcomes, and transformation impact.
