Job Summary

Coach Keyloop’s Product and Engineering teams across Agile ways of working, partnering with the Agile Centre of Excellence (ACE) and the AI enablement workstreams. You’ll run outcome-based team and ART coaching, support adoption of Keystone AI capabilities, and facilitate effective retrospectives and PI planning using Scrum, Kanban, and Essential SAFe. You’ll teach and enable agile practices through workshops and help lead change adoption through clear communication and coalition building.

Key Responsibilities

•Coach Product Owners, teams, and stakeholders through outcome-based engagements to help them find their own solutions.
•Work with Impost and the AI Enablement Workstream to help teams choose and adopt Keystone AI capabilities appropriate to context and maturity, including responsible-use guidelines.
•Support teams and RTEs in designing and facilitating retrospectives, PI planning, and other ART-level events using Scrum, Kanban, and Essential SAFe.
•Build partnerships with Product Managers and RTEs, linking observations to success metrics and identifying cross-team patterns.
•Design and deliver training and workshops on agile practices and ways of working, recognizing resistance early and helping build coalitions (including AI Champions).

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in one or more agile roles (Agile Coach, RTE, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or equivalent) with real large-scale/SAFe delivery experience.
•Demonstrated professional coaching skills, including active listening, powerful questioning, and coaching through resistance with strong judgment on when to teach, facilitate, mentor, or step back.
•Active interest in AI and its practical application to agile ways of working, with willingness to build AI experience through hands-on experimentation.
•Experience operating remotely in a large, international organization with cross-cultural fluency to build trust and influence across geographies.
•Good working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe; certification is a plus but not required.
