Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement voice AI and prompt engineering workflows, including real-time, low-latency integration with speech recognition and telephony APIs.
  • •Build hierarchical finance AI agents coordinating sub-agents for scalable, modular workflows and optimize performance of AI employees.
  • •Apply and optimize leading LLMs (Gemini, GPT series, Claude) for production-ready AI capabilities with low latency.
  • •Integrate retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with enterprise knowledge bases and financial APIs to mitigate hallucinations and maintain context.
  • •Analyze business processes, automate workflows with Python/SQL, and develop dashboards and monitoring for data-driven improvements.
