Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide executive administrative support to leadership, executing, maintaining, and coordinating complex calendars of meetings and travel.
  • •Manage multiple executives’ calendars in Outlook, including scheduling clients and internal meetings and ensuring no overlaps with travel.
  • •Coordinate meetings and logistics including meeting coordination, video conferencing and scheduling, and room setup as needed.
  • •Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, system access, timecards, and purchasing/expenses.
  • •Perform day-to-day office operations, compile data for reports and presentations, and support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting executive management.
  • •Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
  • •Ability to engage with executive-level management and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • •Demonstrated organizational skills, discretion, confidentiality, and ability to manage multiple calendars and projects.
