Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct clinical care through virtual visits and manage a caseload consistent with full-time or part-time expectations.
  • •Document encounters, coordinate follow-up care, and review comprehensive care plans.
  • •Lead individualized treatment pathways including labs ordering/monitoring, medication management, lifestyle interventions, and referrals.
  • •Collaborate with RDs, NPs, and other care team members to integrate nutrition, lifestyle, and medical therapies into coordinated plans.
  • •Use data and feedback to improve care delivery, patient outcomes, and team coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Active and unrestricted medical license, with multi-state licensure as a strong plus.
  • •Experience with telehealth and a team-based telehealth/virtual care environment.
  • •Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
  • •Fellowship training in obesity medicine, endocrinology, cardiology, or equivalent metabolic care experience (strongly preferred).
