•Support Managers in daily activities, actively contributing to the development of the store's commercial and HR strategy.
•Monitor and analyze team KPIs, motivating the team to achieve results.
•Coordinate commercial and organizational activities (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, etc.).

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) within multinational retail environments
•Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, budget management, analysis, and daily reporting
•Demonstrated ability to manage a team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit
•Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience
