Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • •Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
  • •Proactively grow customer relationships using a disciplined sales process, including new customer follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
  • •Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
  • •Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures; balance daily and process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
  • •1+ year of customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
  • •Cash handling skills.
  • •Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
  • •Ability to provide exemplary customer service and demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, communication, and presentation acumen.
