Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical support and lead business process alignment for facility I&C/SCADA/IoT/TGM systems across manufacturing sites in the region.
  • •Support construction projects from design through testing & commissioning, including review/approval of site capacity expansion and sustainability capex.
  • •Drive reliability engineering for system improvement projects (system reliability improvements, quality improvement, and equipment EOL replacements) and eliminate production events that cause lost moves and scrap.
  • •Serve as single point of contact for regional sites and GFC central teams, aligning metrics reporting and coordinating with central engineering, construction, line planning, and O&M teams.
  • •Technically lead cross-functional efforts to implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., TPM, SPC variation reduction, cost/energy reduction), benchmark equipment performance, and support sustainability data acquisition/validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, or Mechanical discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • •8+ years of Facility I&C / SCADA / IoT / TGM Systems Engineering experience.
  • •Excellent analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills with effective communication at all levels.
  • •Proven ability to solve problems across multi-functional and multi-cultural groups and lead team efforts to meet deadlines and goals.
  • •Proven ability to continuously improve systems and processes (including leading or participating in global facility engineering efforts).
