Key Responsibilities

•Grow Bump in the Netherlands and own the Dutch market.
•Lead all Dutch content and creator efforts.
•Produce high-performing TikToks, Reels, and UGC-style ads.
•Build and manage a pipeline of Dutch creators and run influencer campaigns.
•Collaborate with paid marketing and daily with growth, distribution, and product in Paris; support launches and Netherlands-focused activations.

Key Requirements

•1–5+ years creating short-form content for brands, agencies, influencers, or creators.
•Experience creating ads content, especially UGC.
•Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
•Deep knowledge of TikTok/IG trends and the Dutch creator landscape.
•Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; experience living in the Netherlands; willing to work in Paris onsite or remotely from the Netherlands.
