Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and analyze GNC logic for Starshield phased array antennas.
  • •Implement real-time navigation using onboard sensors and optimal state estimation techniques.
  • •Design beam-steering logic to track and hand off satellites while maximizing link integrity in challenging environments.
  • •Develop GNSS-independent PNT (position, navigation, and timing) algorithms and apply them to high-velocity, high-maneuverability platforms.
  • •Build, validate, unit test, and deploy production software (C++) and provide engineering/data review support for hardware and mission needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, computer science/software engineering, or another engineering discipline.
  • •Software development experience in C++, Python, and/or MATLAB/Simulink.
  • •Experience with attitude determination and/or state estimation algorithms.
  • •Strong understanding of classical dynamics, modeling and simulation, and software development.
  • •Ability to identify and solve complex problems with little to no supervision or direction.
