Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with account executives and account architects to understand customer security programs and translate opportunities for Claude into a technical plan and business case.
  • •Act as the primary security-domain technical advisor for enterprise customers from discovery and evaluation through deployment, coordinating across internal teams.
  • •Help customers move from one-time code scanning to sustained security workloads across the software development lifecycle, including automated penetration testing, alert triage, and threat intelligence.
  • •Build and maintain reference implementations, harnesses, and evaluation approaches customers use to run Claude security workloads in their own environments.
  • •Design and run workshops/hands-on sessions with customer security teams, and deliver technical content across engineers, appsec teams, and CISOs/executives.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in security roles with hands-on depth in at least two areas such as application security/secure SDLC, offensive security/penetration testing, detection & response, or threat intelligence & vulnerability management.
  • •Experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, security consultant, Technical Account Manager) or in a security team that needed to secure leadership investment.
  • •Experience working with large enterprise customers across complex stakeholder buying cycles.
  • •Ability to explain security value and risk to CISOs and executives, translating between security, engineering, and business teams.
  • •Comfort with Python and with CI/CD and cloud environments, plus practical experience using LLMs for security work (e.g., code review, vulnerability discovery, triage, investigation).
