Oversee daily egg collection operations at the Tyler hatchery, supervising the egg pick-up team to ensure eggs are collected, handled, and transported to quality standards. Assign schedules, monitor performance, maintain equipment readiness, enforce biosecurity and safety protocols, and address quality deviations with corrective actions. Keep accurate collection, transportation, and inventory records and collaborate with other supervisors and managers to improve production efficiency while ensuring compliance with animal welfare and regulatory requirements.
