Job Summary

Own Cohere’s enterprise partner relationships to drive AI adoption from pilots to production. Define and execute a partner go-to-market plan, onboard and enable partners through certification, training, and workshops, and run co-sell motions to generate pipeline and track sourced/influenced ARR. Lead joint business reviews, serve as the partner voice internally, and evangelize responsible GenAI at partner and industry events while navigating AI policy and compliance.

•Define and execute Cohere’s partner go-to-market plan for the enterprise market, aligned to regional business objectives.
•Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training so partners can sell, deploy, and manage Cohere solutions effectively.
•Create co-sell motions and joint go-to-market motions to generate pipeline aligned to enterprise mission needs and procurement cycles.
•Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking sourced and influenced ARR against targets.

•8+ years of experience in partner development, channel sales, or alliance management in the tech industry, preferably in AI or cloud solutions, with enterprise ARR impact.

•Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a track record of driving partner success.
•Ability to navigate complex regulatory and compliance landscapes, including AI ethics and government policies.
•Working understanding of AI (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows).
