Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute Cohere’s partner go-to-market plan for the enterprise market, aligned to regional business objectives.
  • •Lead partner onboarding, certification, and training so partners can sell, deploy, and manage Cohere solutions effectively.
  • •Create co-sell motions and joint go-to-market motions to generate pipeline aligned to enterprise mission needs and procurement cycles.
  • •Run joint business planning sessions and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking sourced and influenced ARR against targets.
  • •Serve as the partner voice within Cohere, relaying feedback to Product, Engineering, and Legal, and evangelize responsible GenAI at partner and industry events.
