Senior Manager, Group Financial Controlling (Copenhagen V, DK)

Lead Group Financial Controlling within Pandora’s Group Reporting & Accounting team, setting policies, governance, and ways of working to ensure high-quality, transparent, IFRS-compliant reporting. Manage and develop a team of four professionals, oversee group consolidation and reporting, and partner with senior Finance stakeholders to resolve complex accounting and controlling matters. Drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and faster close cycles through new technologies and AI-enabled ways of working.
